SACC (School Age Child Care) is a nonprofit organization which aides the community by running a before and after school program. The Colorado State Department of Human Services licenses the Laura Ingalls Wilder program, which accepts children from kindergarten through fifth grade , or up to age 13. We have a full day program during non-student days and throughout the summer. SACC provides a safe and supervised program of fun recreational and enrichment activities and focuses on child-centered care which compliments the school day experience. SACC also provides an enrichment program for extended day kindergarten taught by certified teachers. SACC provides a K+ program on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for afternoon kndergarten students. Activities focus on enhancing and extending the kindergarten curriculum units throughout the full day program. Children can benefit through a variety of subjects and hands-on activities while functioning comfortably, cooperatively, and positively with one another. Stimulating children’s interests and meeting their needs are SACC’s foremost goals.
The hours of operation are from 6:30am to 8:55am in the morning and 3:43pm to 6:00pm in the afternoon.

SACC is located right here at Wilder Elementary in the cafeteria and gym area. We are open from 6:30am until 8:55 am. SACC then reopens at 3:43pm and closes at 6:00pm sharp. Late fees will be assessed for care of children who are not picked up by 6:00pm.
Tuition is $20.00 for before and after care, $10.00 for morning only and $10.00 for the afternoon only. Families with more than one child will receive a 10% discount for the second child. We have a two day a week minimum. Drop ins are accepted if space is available. Drop in rates are $12.00 for morning and $12.00 for afternoon.
(Half day, full day and summer program fees are excluded from 10% discount)
SACC will be open on Teacher In-service days and during conferences offering your child a variety of fun field trips and activities. We will be closed when the district is closed for all major holidays. Tuition for full days is a flat fee of $32.00 per child per day. Drop in full day rate is $34.00. Field trips are included. We also offer a full summer program at the rate of $32.00 per child per day. SACC is also available on Professional Learning Community Late Start days. There are 10 late-start days built into the LPS calendar. Two PLC fee structures are available to meet parent needs. Care from 6:30am to 10:50am is $15.00. The fee for students who arrive after 8:45am is $10.00. Please note, students must register for all 10 PLC days.
Wilder’s SACC program offers fun and educational activities for your child such as field trips, sports, arts and crafts, cooking, science projects and opportunities for enrichment classes.
To register, please complete a registration packet for each child who will be attending. Enclose a check for $25.00 (per child) to JoAnn Levesque in the SACC Office.
