Second grade is always an exciting time in the life of a seven year old child. They come to school with such an eagerness to learn and are interested in all that goes on in the classroom and the world around them. They are full of questions and their eyes sparkle with their enthusiasm. Children at this age are like sponges ready to soak up all the information we can give them. There is still an innocence about each child and they say what they think in an honest and thoughtful way. Our days are always filled with laughter. Every day I get a chance to see the world again through the eyes of a child.
