Hello from 4th grade! Our students study Colorado's unique and diverse history. We learn "lodes" of interesting facts that we use during Rendezvous which is our culminating activity. The 5 regions of the United States becomes a major focus after winter break. Science units include rocks and minerals, the history of space exploration, and the skeletal and muscular systems of the human body.

Our 4th graders enjoy reading novels and stories that correlate with science and social studies. Writing and technology projects also have a science and social studies theme.
